The theme for the Texas Evaluation Network Virtual Institute is Curiosity in Action: Asking Better Questions for Complex World.

We invite proposals from emerging and experienced evaluators to share their stories, lessons, and recommendations on navigating recent shifting expectations, rapid change, and growing demands for relevance, equity, and accountability.

This event seeks to bring together evaluators from diverse fields and experiences to embrace curiosity as a necessity rather than a luxury: a disciplined, values-driven practice that helps us navigate complexity, generate insight in unpredictable contexts, and ask better questions of our stakeholders, our systems, and ourselves in order to sharpen our methods, elevate our practice to reimagine what evaluation can do.
